We process payments through Stripe, which accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as ACH bank transfers for US customers.

No! We charge zero platform fees. Unlike Airbnb (3-5%) or VRBO (5%), we only charge a flat monthly subscription. You keep 100% of your booking revenue (minus standard Stripe processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30).

A unit is any property or rental space you manage: a house, apartment, condo, room, or ADU. If you have a duplex, that's 2 units. A single-family home is 1 unit. Multi-property discounts kick in automatically at 6+ units.
